When will I receive my order?

As soon as you place your order, we will start processing it.
Delivery time depends on the day and time you place your order, as well as your residential area.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within Germany, 2-10 business days in Europe outside of Germany, and 3-14 business days in the rest of the world.
Variations may occur, but we aim to deliver all products within two weeks of order placement. For more information, see.
If you order a pre-order item, the delivery time will be stated separately. We will do our best to keep you updated on the delivery schedule of pre-order items and notify you when your items are ready for shipment.
Please note that shipping dates for pre-orders are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

We accept common payment methods such as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Invoice, Mastercard, and Visa.
Does my package come in any specific packaging?

We lovingly hand-wrap each order in tissue paper. You can reuse this for crafts or as gift wrap.
Everything is delivered in a recycled FSC cardboard box.
We try to avoid plastic packaging as much as possible, which is why our producers also pack the goods in larger units when sending them to us, in order to reduce plastic.
Can I return or exchange products?

If you are not satisfied with your products, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of placing your order.
If you order a pre-order item, you can return the products within 14 days of the item being shipped.
We only refund items that are in unused condition, have all clothing tags attached, and are registered in our return system.
Socks are unfortunately excluded from exchange for hygiene reasons.

Every product has its own care instructions due to its material composition.
You can find these on the care label on the product itself or on our website on the respective product page.
Please read the care instructions before washing so that you can enjoy your RaphRoxs product for a long time.
